Our thirty years’ experience in the light metal fabrication sector has led us to work with a number of established companies, which have consistently entrusted us with their projects to meet a wide range of requirements: from small casings to large-scale projects. Thanks to the combined use of automated technology and manual machinery, we are able to carry out manufacturing that retains a “craftsman’s touch” in the creation of fully customised structures capable of satisfying even the most demanding customers.

The expertise acquired by our team enables us to produce bespoke metalwork in both painted sheet metal and stainless steel, guaranteeing a product with superior strength, durability and sealing performance. The quality of our steelwork and the attention to detail in our finishes make our products suitable for the technical and aesthetic requirements of the food, pharmaceutical and biomedical industries.

Control Cabinet

Stainless steel control cabinet (AISI 304) manufactured for Panini srl. This unit, fitted with a ventilation fan and a transparent door, was subsequently installed on an autoclave system for the sterilisation of food containers.

Pipe testing bench

Pipe testing bench commissioned by A.F.S. srl. The unit, complete with a transparent monitor compartment, was used to house a pulse testing system for assembled pipes.

Instrument cabinet

This bespoke stainless steel structure Acciaio Inox has been designed to meet the durability and hygiene requirements of the food industry. The door with a handle and the removable front panel allow easy access for both wiring work and end-user operation.

Sheet metal cabinet

For I.G.S. Italia srl, we are manufacturing this painted sheet metal cabinet which houses a nitrogen gas generation system.
This item forms part of a comprehensive range of bespoke metalwork that enables our client to manufacture nitrogen generators for various applications: from food packaging to the inerting of premises.

Electrical cabinet

Stainless steel electrical control panel designed to withstand the environmental conditions of a ceramic industry glazing department. We have fitted a moulded Plexiglas cover to protect the control panel and four swivel castors to move the unit as required.

Developing tank

Made entirely from stainless steel, this structure houses a developing tank for screen printing screens.
Our client (Euroscreen srl) uses this type of metalwork for applications across various sectors: from glass to knitwear and ceramics.

Cabinet

This cabinet is a prime example of the customization work offered by metalworking for automation systems. Consisting of six side-by-side units, it features a computer housing module with a double transparent compartment: this allows for the protection and easy access to computer equipment even in the most polluted work environments.
