Standard metalwork
The Tec-Mobil Group manufactures its own range of electrical enclosures, comprising four product lines: the AT Enclosure, the BX Mobile Enclosure, the MB Monoblock Enclosure, and the VF Modular Enclosure. Our machinery comprises modern, fully automatic equipment such as the Finn-Power Express Bender panel bender, the Finn-Power SG4 shearing/punching machine and the Wiedemann Centrum 1000 dual punching station.
Our technological expertise and constant monitoring of production processes enable us to supply you with standard metalwork of consistently high quality. The application of a molten polyurethane polymer compound at the joints and the care taken during assembly ensure that our cabinets are water-resistant and dust-resistant in accordance with the international IP55 standard. Painting is carried out using electrostatic application of thermosetting epoxy-polyester powder, which is then cured in a 180°C oven. Each item is available in the standard colours RAL 732 (light grey) for the main body and RAL 7022 (black) for the base.
On request, we can carry out custom modifications and paint finishes in any shade from the RAL colour chart. Furthermore, we can manufacture the entire electrical panel or just part of it, such as the base, in stainless steel.
BX Mobile Lectern
A horizontal cabinet in the style of a lectern, made from 15/10 mm thick sheet metal, is fitted with a front door single or double depending on the dimensions, an instrument panel and a wiring panel made from galvanised sheet metal 20/10 mm thick. To ensure complete safety, a mechanical lock allows the control panel to be raised only after the main doors have been opened and the main switch has been switched off.
MB Monobloc Cabinet
MB Vertical cabinet constructed as a single unit from electro-welded steel sheet with a thickness of 15/10. Lightweight yet equally sturdy, it is fitted with a door that allows for the front insertion of a panel made of galvanised sheet metal with a thickness of 25/10. Every MB standard unit is fitted with two lifting eyes for convenient and safe handling.
VF Modular Cabinet
Cabinet featuring a load-bearing structure made of electro-welded reinforced profiles, to which the side panels and doors—made of 15/10-gauge press-formed sheet metal—are bolted. These features give the unit great sturdiness and allow multiple units to be placed side by side in a row to achieve the width best suited to the customer’s needs, who can connect the internal 25/10 galvanised sheet metal panels together.
The four eyebolts fixed directly to the supporting structure ensure safe lifting even of electrical panels of larger dimensions.
PC Cabinet
This cabinet features a load-bearing frame made from reinforced electro-welded profiles, to which the side panels and doors – made from 15/10-thick press-formed sheet metal – are fitted. The side panels feature an exclusive finish that gives the cabinet an innovative design and distinguishes it by its unique monobloc structure, accessible for cabling from both the front and rear compartments. The interior is divided into several shelves to comfortably accommodate the various PC components, and features a flip-down shelf for a keyboard and mouse. The cabinet is fitted with four lifting eyes secured directly to the load-bearing structure to ensure safe lifting, and can be fitted with 19″ rack units with optional accessories.
